Snowmass Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and hospitality-driven Host to welcome members and guests, manage reservations, and help deliver seamless dining experiences rooted in our YESpitality culture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in making every visit feel warm, personal, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

Create Memorable Arrivals & Departures
Warmly greet members and guests with genuine eye contact and a welcoming smile
Escort guests to assigned tables while introducing their server and presenting menus
Manage seating flow to ensure a balanced and efficient dining experience
Review daily reservations and thoughtfully assign tables

Coordinate Reservations & Communication
Answer restaurant phone calls professionally and assist with reservations across Club dining outlets
Support to-go order coordination and member requests
Maintain strong knowledge of menus, specials, and Club offerings

Support the Dining Experience
Assist service team with resetting tables, replenishing water, and delivering beverages as needed
Remain observant and proactive to guest needs throughout service
Promote a positive, energetic, and team-focused restaurant culture

Safety & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and surrounding areas
Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies
Be prepared to assist appropriately during emergency situations

What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional experiences
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and repetitive motion
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in busy, warm, and sometimes noisy environments
