Snowmass Club is seeking Kids Club Attendants to provide a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive—while delivering YESpitality to our members and their families.

What You’ll Do

Child Care & Engagement
• Provide attentive, nurturing care for children of all ages
• Change diapers, assist with potty training, and support daily care routines
• Plan and lead activities including games, arts & crafts, and creative play
• Foster a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all children
• Monitor behavior and resolve conflicts in a calm, positive manner
• Stay alert and anticipate any risks to children’s safety or well-being

Supervision & Communication
• Maintain accurate records including sign-in/out and required child documentation
• Ensure all incidents are properly documented and reported
• Communicate member feedback, concerns, and needs to leadership
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members

Safety & Cleanliness
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all Kids Club spaces, toys, and equipment
• Ensure a safe environment at all times and respond quickly in emergencies
• Follow all safety procedures and be prepared to act in emergency situations

Team Support & Club Integration
• Read, play, and actively engage with children throughout the day
• Attend team meetings and trainings as required
• Assist Spa & Fitness operations when Kids Club is not in session
• Support overall club operations with a positive, team-first attitude

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to stay calm and responsive in fast-paced or unexpected situations
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of related childcare experience preferred

Certifications
• CPR and First Aid Certification required (Child certification preferred)

Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a lively, sometimes noisy environment
