Are you knowledgeable about skiing and snowboarding and passionate about providing exceptional service to members and guests? Do you enjoy staying organized, working outdoors, and helping guests make the most of their time in Snowmass?

Snowmass Club is looking for a Ski & Snowboard Storage Attendant who brings strong knowledge of the Aspen/Snowmass area, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

What You’ll Do

Ski & Snowboard Storage
• Oversee ski and snowboard storage in the Bell Closet and owner storage areas
• Move equipment racks to the Club entrance daily for owners and guests to use during their stay
• Label and maintain accurate inventory of all equipment stored in the Bell Closet and owner storage
• Ensure all equipment is stored in the appropriate location based on the owner's unit number
• Coordinate ski-tuning requests with the Bell Lead

Owner & Guest Services
• Review the daily arrivals report and bring arriving owners' equipment from owner storage to the Bell Closet
• Review the daily departures report and return equipment to the appropriate owner storage cage after departure
• Verify that all storage units are properly secured and locked after equipment is returned
• Extend a warm welcome and provide courteous service to Snowmass Club owners and guests
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding ski and weather conditions across all four Aspen Skiing Company mountains
• Maintain current knowledge of mountain events and activities to assist owners and guests

Communication & Teamwork
• Communicate guest comments, concerns, and complaints to the Bell Supervisor and/or Bell Lead
• Work closely with the Bell team to ensure efficient equipment storage and retrieval
• Assist other departments as business volume and staffing levels permit
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

Knowledge & Expertise
• Maintain strong knowledge of all four Aspen Skiing Company mountains
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment
• Maintain a working knowledge of Aspen and Snowmass
• Stay informed about current mountain conditions, events, and activities
• Maintain knowledge of equipment storage procedures and Club standards

Qualifications

What You Bring
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher preferred
• Strong knowledge of all four Aspen Skiing Company mountains
• Strong knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment
• Good knowledge of Aspen and Snowmass preferred
• Residence in the Snowmass/Aspen area for six months to one year preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment


Standards & Responsibilities

• Report to work in compliance with Snowmass Club Uniform and Grooming Standards
• Report to each shift on time and prepared to work
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Snowmass Club, Guest Services Department, and Aspen Skiing Company
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence when interacting with owners, guests, and team members
• Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and professional manner


Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Occasional stooping, crouching, bending, and reaching
• Frequent handling, talking, hearing, and seeing at near and far distances
• Work approximately 50% indoors and 50% outdoors during both summer and winter seasons
• Ability to work in wet, humid, cold, and other adverse weather conditions
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and varying weather conditions
