They are responsible for setting up banquet spaces, serving guests, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience. Their role often requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Banquet Server Bartenders may also help with event setup and breakdown, maintain cleanliness, and follow all safety and liquor regulations.
