Schedule: 25 hours/week | Shifts between 3:00PM-12:00AM
Business Hours: Monday-Sunday, 7:00AM-12:00AM

Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center is one of New York City's most celebrated attractions, offering panoramic skyline views and a refined, world-class guest experience. To support peak season operations, we're seeking professional, customer-focused Hosts who bring confidence, poise, and a strong service mindset to a fast-paced environment. As a Host, you are both the first impression and lasting memory of each visit - setting the tone, guiding the guest journey, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated standards of our iconic destination.

What You'll Do
  • Meet, greet, and interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
  • Provide directions throughout the attraction to maintain smooth guest flow
  • Share safety information and helpful insights about Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center, and NYC
  • Admit ticket holders using wireless admission terminals
  • Load guests into elevators and manage traffic flow at high-visibility areas
  • Identify and resolve guest flow challenges in partnership with leadership
  • Actively listen and respond thoughtfully to guest inquiries
