Full time private label product development refers to the process of creating and managing products that are manufactured by one company but sold under another company's brand, as a dedicated, full-time role. Professionals in this field handle everything from market research and product design to supplier sourcing, quality control, and branding. They work closely with manufacturers to ensure the products meet the company’s specifications and quality standards, and often coordinate with marketing and sales teams to successfully launch and promote the products. This role is common in industries such as retail, ecommerce, and consumer goods, where businesses want to offer unique branded products without manufacturing them in-house.
