Roquette is looking for skilled Manufacturing Operators who can safely run, monitor, and support production processes in a continuous manufacturing environment. Employees use computerized systems and equipment to help maintain product quality, production efficiency, and reliable operations. All positions require a strong focus on safety, regular equipment inspections, troubleshooting skills, accurate documentation, good communication, and the ability to work in an industrial setting. Team members are also responsible for housekeeping, monitoring processes, supporting maintenance activities, managing inventory or supplies, and meeting production and customer needs while working independently with minimal supervision.

This position is located in Keokuk, IA.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $24.86. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience for production
  • BS/BA degree in scientific field for Quality positions
  • Willing to work a rotating swing swift in a continuous production environment
  • Able to lift 50lbs on occasion
