If you show up, work hard, and want to grow, there is a place for you here.The RoleThe Production Fabricator is an experienced, skilled role for someone who can work independently and as part of a team to build complex hose assemblies from start to finish. You bring solid working knowledge of industrial, hydraulic, or metal hose systems, understand fitting and end connection specifications, and can manage your own work through completion with minimal supervision.This is the kind of role where your experience and expertise are respected and put to work from day one. You will be a go-to resource on the production floor and a key contributor to quality, efficiency, and team capability.What You'll DoFabricate industrial, hydraulic, and/or metal hose assemblies independently and as part of a team, working from engineering specs, customer drawings, and work ordersSet up and operate production equipment including crimping machines, cutting and skiving equipment, and pressure testing equipmentInterpret and apply technical specifications, assembly drawings, and manufacturer guidelines to produce assemblies to exact tolerancesConduct thorough quality inspections throughout the build process - not just at final checkIdentify non-conforming materials, tooling wear, or process issues and escalate appropriatelySupport and mentor less experienced production staff - share your knowledgeAssist with inventory management of fittings, hose materials, and associated componentsMaintain accurate production records, traveler documentation, and quality logsCollaborate with production leads, quality staff, and management to continuously improve processesWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED; vocational training or technical certification a plus3+ years of hands-on experience fabricating industrial, hydraulic, or metal hose assembliesStrong working knowledge of hose types, fittings, end connections, and applicable pressure/temperature specificationsProficiency operating crimping machines, cutting equipment, skiving tools, and pressure test equipmentAbility to read and apply technical drawings, assembly specs, and manufacturer documentationDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to zero-defect qualityAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own workflowStrong communication skills - able to work well within a team and escalate issues clearlyAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularlyFamiliarity with SAP, ERP systems, or electronic work order platforms is a plusSchedule & CompensationFull-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am to 4:30pmCompetitive hourly wage based on experience - we pay for expertiseOvertime opportunities availableBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)401(k) with retirement planPaid time off and paid holidaysParental leaveOvertime opportunitiesCareer advancement and growth opportunities across our expanding branch networkTCH Industries is an equal opportunity employer.
