As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will develop, establish, and maintain relationships with carriers/clients in the truckload marketplace by providing excellent customer service. Must have a knack for identifying, sourcing, and procuring new carrier relationships, as well as establish internal relationships within Giltner Logistics to expand your book of business. The successful candidate will have great energy, focus, a passion for sales, and a commitment to the growth and success of the company.
Carrier Sales Representative Responsibilities
Develop and manage carrier relationships
Negotiate transportation rates with carriers
Provide thorough and accurate follow-up information to our customers regarding their shipments
Develop solid relationships with clients by providing them with excellent customer service
Communicate with management and sales team regarding accounts performance
