We are looking to hire multiple full-time eCustomer Care Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for interacting with our customers through email and live chat while providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving.
This position is located in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
Available schedules:
  • Monday-Friday 11am-7pm
  • Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm

Next available start date: Monday, September 14
Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm. Additionally, there will be in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service via e-mail and live chat regarding questions or concerns around orders placed online, loyalty program membership, product availability, etc.
  • Document and handle all in-store customer service issues, including responding to legal concerns
  • Efficiently enter customer information and call notes into the order management system
  • Complete appropriate follow-up actions for order and service resolution
  • Speak with internal and external customers directly over the phone or via email email to resolve concerns as needed
  • Assist with customer service phone call volume as needed

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated computer navigation and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Positive attitude and professionalism while speaking with customers
  • Grammar and writing proficiency
  • Solutions-oriented mindset
