Job Purpose:
- 3rd shift with $2 shift differential
- The Foil Stamping Operator at JOHNS BYRNE CO is responsible for operating and maintaining foil stamping equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate foil stamping machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Inspect materials and products for quality assurance, ensuring that all output meets the company's high standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols.
- Record and report production data, including quantities, materials used, and any issues encountered during the process.
