Key Operator

Since 2002 we have been Connecticut's FULL SERVICE one stop shop for all your security systems protective services. Which include installation, service, MONITORING, inspections, and mobile apps. PPC provides all the technological features available in the market today without compromising the personal touch and service customers expect.
Summary
This position plays a crucial role as a key team player in our company’s services. Our customer care specialist is dedicated to enhancing our customers’ experience and committed to engaging with customers to provide valuable insights about our products and services.
The specialist will be expected to:
· Address and resolve customer concerns, account inquiries and adhere to policy
· Resolve any issues they may encounter
· Manage invoicing and collections professionally
· Schedule and update technician and customer appointments
· Maintain product inventory
· Performs other duties as requested
Knowledge, Skills,& Abilities:
· Attention to detail
· Ability to handle high inbound call volume and outbound call volume
· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
· Excellent customer service skills and a strong record of contributing to a team environment
· Excellent speaking and active listening skills
· Comfortable selling by phone
· Ability to learn products

· Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English

· Regular and reliable attendance
Minimum Qualifications:
· 2 Year Customer Service experience
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
· Possess a valid driver's license
· Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Physical Demands:
· Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed
· Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
· Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
· Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, learn and work
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-$26Â per hour depending on experience.
