Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys on complex matters from inception through trial.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation
  • Draft, prepare, and file legal documents in state and federal courts
  • Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
  • Coordinate and organize document productions and exhibits
  • Conduct legal and factual research
  • Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars
  • Prepare deposition summaries and trial binders
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of California state and federal court filing procedures
