Job description

At Lynden Door, we strive to be a relational company delivering world-class quality, value, service, and innovation. We're looking for a Process Analyst who shares that same spirit someone who serves others, drives continuous improvement, and thrives as part of a one-team culture.
Role:
The Process Analyst supports the organization through data analysis, process development, and systems improvement, with a particular focus on automation and ERP integration. In the first six months, you'll work across departments as an internal consultant mapping requirements, streamlining workflows, and delivering high-impact, low-hanging wins that benefit the whole organization over any single group's preferences.
Hours: Full-time, in-office, 8:00- 5:00 Monday to Friday.
Candidates currently located in Whatcom county, and eligible to work for any employer without Visa restrictions, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilites:
  • Build trusted relationships across departments by humbly serving the needs of others this isn't just a value we post on the wall, it's how we work.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams using Lean CI tools to map, improve, document, and automate business processes, consolidating tools with the ERP where possible.
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive fact-based decisions that reflect multiple team perspectives.
  • Identify and prioritize process re-engineering opportunities for standardization, scalability, and efficiency removing waste and streamlining workflows.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between operations and IT, supporting ERP software and manufacturing business processes.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate training, and communicate status to keep initiatives on track and objectives met.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or other engineering), MIS, Computer Science, or other process-related education or experience.
  • Intermediate SQL skills and comfort tracing data through database tables; strong numeric analysis ability.
  • Proficiency in technical writing, MS Visio, and process/workflow mapping.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools Kaizen, VSM, 5S, 7 Deadly Wastes, SMED, and structured problem-solving.
  • Strong facilitation, interviewing, and cross-functional collaboration skills that translate into completed projects.
  • High emotional intelligence around organizational change, with a proven ability to anticipate next steps and act on them.
  • Intermediate project management skills and a hands-on, get-it-done mindset.
  • Commitment to company culture, ethics, confidentiality, and code of conduct.

If you're energized by improving how things work, love bringing people together around a better way, and want to contribute to a company that genuinely values service and teamwork we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Wage $25 - 48/Hr DOE
  • Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions $500 - $1,500 annually
  • 401(K) options including profit-share eligibility after 1 calendar year of employment.
  • 8 Paid Holidays
  • 2-4 Weeks Paid Time Off
  • Paid Bereavement Leave
