To thrive as a GE Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, a solid background in data analysis or finance, and typically a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms is commonly required, along with knowledge of GE's internal systems.
