Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our Pizza team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry with below skills.
Must hand stretch pizza crust from a raw dough ball up to 20” inches in diameter
Has experience in making pizza dough from scratch
Has experience in hand tossing pizza
Able to use a meat slicer & dough machine
Flexible Scheduling available
Must have excellent attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety practices, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in managing food costs and portion control to optimize profitability.
Qualifications: 
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, including inventory management and sanitation practices.
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant environments is preferred.
