S R International Inc. is an established IT staffing and consulting company serving Fortune 500 companies, state government agencies, and enterprise clients across the United States.
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. If you enjoy finding top talent, building relationships, and closing candidates, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit IT professionals using job boards and other platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Match qualified candidates to client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Meet recruiting goals and turnaround times.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of IT recruiting experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
