Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. The IT Recruiter will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
