About the Role 
As a GTM Sourcer, you will own top of funnel strategy supporting NinjaOne's North American go to market organization, with primary responsibility for Public Sector, including SLED and Federal hiring, while supporting Enterprise, MSP, Channel, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing talent acquisition. You will partner closely with Global Revenue leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, MSP, Public Sector, and strategic functions to identify, engage, and pipeline high-impact talent aligned to complex enterprise and government buying motions. This role requires deep market intelligence, competitive mapping, and expertise across Public Sector, MSP, and Internal IT talent markets. You will proactively build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines while delivering actionable market insights that shape hiring strategy.
  
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.  Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted.
  
  
What You’ll be Doing 
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies across GTM functions, including Public Sector, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, MSP, and Revenue Operations.
    Align sourcing strategies to key customer segments, including Public Sector, Enterprise, Mid Market, Managed Service Providers, Internal IT organizations, and partner ecosystems
  • Partner with global hiring leaders to understand segment focus, revenue motion, and regional hiring priorities 
  • Develop segment informed talent pipelines that reflect deal complexity, quota structures, recurring revenue models, and regional GTM design 
  • Function as a recruiting researcher by conducting structured market mapping, org chart analysis, and competitive intelligence across software companies serving IT, MSP, public sector, and enterprise buyer segments to inform global GTM hiring strategy
  • Identify and engage passive talent experienced in direct sales, partner led motions, MSP ecosystems, and customer retention models 
  • Deliver ongoing market insights including talent availability, competitive movement, compensation trends, and sourcing pipeline health 
  • Track sourcing metrics, response rates, and funnel conversion data to refine strategy
  • Conduct initial interviews assessing performance history, quota attainment, customer segment exposure, culture alignment, and geographic alignment 
  • Build long term global talent communities aligned to GTM growth priorities 
  • Partner cross functionally with Recruiting Operations, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to ensure employer positioning resonates across segments

About You 
  • 3+ years of sourcing experience supporting B2B SaaS go to market hiring
    2+ years of direct sourcing or recruiting experience supporting Public Sector hiring, including SLED and Federal
  • Experience sourcing across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, or Partner roles 
  • Familiarity with Public Sector, Enterprise, Mid Market, MSP, or Internal IT buyer motions 
  • Understanding of direct and partner driven revenue models 
  • Experience conducting competitive mapping and segment based market research 
  • Demonstrated ability to build advanced Boolean searches and execute LinkedIn Recruiter projects 
  • Strong foundation in recruiting research, i.e., market mapping and org analysis within GTM functions
  • Experience working inside an ATS (preferably Greenhouse)
  • Comfortable reporting on sourcing analytics and refining strategy based on data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing global searches across regions and time zones
  • Commercially aware and energized by supporting global GTM growth

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
