Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced business developer for the AWS Managed Service Provider Program (MSP). AWS is the world's leading cloud provider with the most comprehensive and broadly adopted portfolio of cloud services and an innovative community of customers and partners. As a business developer for the MSP Program, you will drive end to end ownership of AWS programs and development activities

You will prioritize new launches based on strategic goals, define requirements, create innovative benefits, and grow MSP partners.
This role has a global responsibility and you will influence and collaborate with a cross section of AWS leaders including solution architects, partner management, sales, technology, marketing, PR and operations. The ideal candidate will have relentlessly high standards and a passion for delivering features which delight customers, process improvement obsession, and proven business judgment with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, high-energy and fast paced environment. Being a data-driven, analytical decision maker with excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking, are key in this role!

- Create programs to support the 4 motions of partner collaboration: Build, GTM, Sell and Grow
- Collaborate with partner management, sales leadership, and technical segment leaders to identify joint goals around sales opportunities, funding, and technical training to benefit partners.
- Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to engage partners and improve operational excellence
- Evaluate, prioritize, and optimize iteratively based on business strategy and customer behavior and needs
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of designation programs and evangelize results to leadership
