Salary:

Job Title: MyCare Logistics Tech Level 1 (Entry Level)


Job Type: Full Time Monday thru Friday 8:30a-5:30p and as customer needs require.


Responsibilities:


The MyCare Logistics Tech will set up, clean, validate and ship out all iPads in the MyCare system. The Logistics Tech will understand the operation of the iPad and be able to provide basic support on the operation of the devices. There will be some entry-level troubleshooting and ticket support. The MyCare Logistics Tech Level 1 reports to the Director of Technology.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Scan in all new iPads and enter information into a database or spreadsheet.

  • Asset tag all new iPads and enter data into a database or spreadsheet.

  • Move all newly inventoried devices into iPad warehouse.

  • Inventory and clean all Refurbished iPads.

  • Validate functionality and operability of refurbished iPads.

  • Record into a spreadsheet or database the state of the refurbished iPads.

  • Re-case and tag as needed all refurbished iPads and set them up for shipping.

  • Complete manifests on orders that have been handed off.

  • Pack and ship with manifest orders as they are handed off for fulfillment.

  • Handoff manifests completed for Logistics Tech Level 2

  • Answer incoming MyCare phone calls and enter support requests via the ticket portal.

  • Periodically throughout the day review and respond to basic support tickets in the ticket portal.

  • Escalate tickets to Logistics Tech 2 when they cant be resolved with basic troubleshooting.

  • Break down boxes from incoming orders and take out bulk trash created daily.

  • Keep the MyCare work area clean of major trash and/or debris created from shipping materials daily.

  • Must be able to drive company-provided auto to client sites to deliver and/or pick up iPads.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft platforms from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.

  • Exhibit proficiency in Apple platforms from IOS to OS.

  • Excellent attention to detail, listening, and communication skills, self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork skills; and strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Properly handle documents, emails, or phone calls according to appropriate regulations and guidance, including but not limited to, HIPAA.

  • React promptly and appropriately to security-related incidents, regulations, and policies.

  • Adhere to all applicable government and security requirements, processes, and regulations.

  • Exhibit effective and professional interpersonal skills including written and oral communications.

  • Must be customer service oriented.

  • Must be willing to meet customer deadlines.


Special Requirements:


  • Logistics Tech must be willing and able to perform all job duties and related travel normally associated with this position.

  • Successful completion of HIPAA compliance testing and certification.

  • Valid drivers license.


Physical Requirements:


  • Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to bend at the waist, squat.

  • Ability to work with hands, see and hear.

  • Must be able to stand for periods of time.


Conditions of Employment:
