$60,000 to $70,000 per year

Heyday Build is a custom homebuilder focused on rebuilding homes for families affected by the Altadena wildfires. We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support residential construction projects by coordinating schedules, subcontractor communication, procurement, and project documentation.

This role works closely with subcontractors, field teams, and office staff to help projects stay organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for subcontractors regarding scheduling, payments, expectations, and issue resolution
  • Maintain project calendars, schedules, and task reminders
  • Coordinate procurement and deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time
  • Assist with subcontractor documentation, including licenses, insurance, contracts, and compliance records
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and change orders accurately and on time
  • Organize and maintain job site files, finish schedules, and inspection checklists
  • Track selections and approvals for finishes and fixtures and communicate updates to field teams
  • Provide administrative support to office and field teams as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, project support, or administrative roles
  • Residential construction experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience managing schedules and tracking deliverables
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software such as Buildertrend or similar platforms
  • Spanish/English bilingual
  • Ability to work on-site in Altadena, CA
