TAKE A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - ADMIN CLERK

As the first point of contact, you greet members and guests warmly, often remembering names for a personalized experience.   • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Canva, Publisher, or other design tools is a plus

  • Professional demeanor, polished appearance, discretion, and a passion for member service
  • Proficiency within any of the following systems is preferred: OpenTable, MembersFirst, Google Sheets, QuickPass, Ring Central, Jonas, and Adobe
