Job Description

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help define, build, and deliver AI-powered product capabilities across Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager, with an initial focus on enterprise lease workflows, lease abstraction, document intelligence, data quality, and workflow automation.

This role is ideal for a Product Manager with experience building AI-enabled tools for enterprise SaaS platforms. The right candidate will understand how to turn complex business workflows, unstructured data, and customer pain points into practical, scalable AI product experiences that deliver measurable value.

You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Customer Success, and business stakeholders to bring AI-powered capabilities from concept through delivery. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity, deep customer empathy, and the ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs across user experience, model capability, data quality, risk, trust, and enterprise readiness.

This position is full-time in office and based in Iselin, New Jersey or Atlanta, Georgia.

Role Overview

As Senior Product Manager, AI Products, you will own the strategy, definition, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities that improve how enterprise customers manage leases, documents, data, and real estate workflows.

Your initial focus will include AI-assisted lease abstraction: helping customers extract, validate, review, and act on critical lease information faster and more accurately.This rolewill driveadditional AI-driven capabilities across document processing, workflow automation, recommendations, data quality, portfolio insights, and user productivity.

You will be responsible for translating customer needs and business opportunities into clear product requirements, working with design and engineering to shape intuitive user experiences, and partnering with technical teams to ensure AI capabilities are useful, trustworthy, measurable, and ready for enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities across ourapplications.

  • Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand lease administration, lease accounting, real estate management, and document-heavy workflows.

  • Define product requirements for AI-enabled features, including user workflows, review experiences, confidence indicators, exception handling, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop processes.

  • Partner with other PMs to integrate AI capabilities where appropriate throughout the application.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI/ML stakeholders to translate product goals into scalable, usable, and technically feasible solutions.

  • Make thoughtful product tradeoffs across automation, accuracy, explainability, trust, compliance, usability, and operational complexity.

  • Establish success metrics for AI product capabilities, including adoption, accuracy, time savings, task completion, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

  • Partner with design to create user experiences that make AI outputs understandable, reviewable, and actionable for enterprise users.

  • Work with engineering and data teams to identify data dependencies, quality requirements, integration needs, and model feedback mechanisms.

  • Support validation, testing, and iteration of AI-powered features before and after launch.

  • Collaborate with go-to-market, customer success, implementation, and support teams to drive adoption and ensure customers understand how to use AI capabilities effectively.

  • Monitor usage, customer feedback, product performance, and operational signals to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain clear documentation of product decisions, requirements, assumptions, risks, and success measures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, data products, or workflow automation.

  • Experience building or delivering AI-enabled, automation, document intelligence, data extraction, search, recommendation, or analytics products.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS product development, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, delivery, launch, and iteration.

  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex technical concepts into clear product decisions and user-facing experiences.

  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data, document-heavy workflows, or data quality challenges.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define product success metrics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and business teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building AI tools for enterprise SaaS platforms.

  • Familiarity with large language models, machine learning workflows, model evaluation, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI product experimentation.

  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows where users review, validate, correct, or approve AI-generated outputs.

  • Understanding of enterprise AI concerns, including accuracy, explainability, permissions, data privacy, auditability, security, and customer trust.

  • Experience with commercial real estate, lease administration, lease accounting, transaction management, or corporate occupier workflows.

  • Familiarity with CoStar Real Estate Manager and/or Visual Lease products.

  • Experience with analytics or product insight tools such as Power BI, Pendo, LogRocket, Maze, Dovetail, SQL Server Management Studio, or similar platforms.

  • Understanding of enterprise integrations and data architecture, including how systems exchange, govern, and secure information.

  • Experience partnering with data science, AI/ML engineering, platform engineering, or data engineering teams.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bringing structure to new product areas.

  • Passion for using AI to solve real customer problems, improve productivity, and create differentiated enterprise software experiences.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on avariety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.


Base Compensation: $119,000 - $161,000 Annually
