Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cannabis Assistant Store Manager/Inventory & POS Specialist (Dutchie) to join our dispensary team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate tracking of cannabis products using Metric, managing stock levels, and supporting a smooth retail operation. If you have strong organizational skills and an eye for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with QuickBooks Work Force to schedule workers
  • Except orders from Venders, use Metric to except orders, and place inventory on shelves, and put extras in back stock.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Track and log incoming and outgoing cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
  • Use barcode scanners and labeling systems to maintain accurate product identification.
  • Work closely with management to forecast product needs and prevent shortages.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant storage area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of inventory experience (retail, warehouse, or dispensary preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate inventory software, barcode scanners, and labeling tools.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Must meet state requirements to work in a licensed marijuana dispensary (including background check, if applicable).
