Full Time Dutchie Jobs (NOW HIRING)

This position is overseen by the Marketing Manager. Provides marketing support to promote and educate employees and customers about the products. This job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast paced environment. Must be enthusiastic, positive, able to maintain composure and professional demeanor always, and have strong skills in areas of dependability, interpersonal relationships, communications, organization, flexibility, and sound judgment. 

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out daily marketing emails and text messages
• Maintain up to date menu on POS, Weedmaps and Leafly according to the Star Buds brand standard
• Generate Social media content that fits within strict social media guidelines.
• Plan, organize, and attend marketing events to drive new customers.
• Plan and organize in-house pop ups and community events for current customers.
• Respond to reviews on social media and marketing platforms
• Attend trainings on various platforms used in-store
• Plan promotions and sales campaigns 
• Maintain specials and promo calendar
• Prepare physical marketing for in-store promotions
• Create ads for magazines
• Communicate all promos to the sales staff on a weekly and daily basis.
• Prepare collateral for promotions 
• Maintain brand standards across all platforms 
• Maintain relationship with vendors 
• Develop and create promotional merchandise and marketing materials
• You may be expected to work jobs or use skills that are not listed above

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience with marketing and/or relevant education in marketing.
• This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
• Creativity
• Great attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated, a self-starter
• Must have a good work ethic
• A willingness to learn new things
• Must be punctual and reliable for all shifts
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Experience with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Constant Contact, Photoshop, Excel, Word, Dutchie, Metrc, Leafly and Weedmaps preferred

Compensation: This is a Full Time, hourly position. 

Compensation is hourly, $25 per hour.

Hybrid role - work from home 2 days a week, in office 3 days a week.

40 hours Paid Time Off available after 90 days of employment

40 hours Sick Leave available immediately upon hire
