Location: Worcester, MAJob Summary: Cannabis Inventory Clerk
The Cannabis Inventory Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining both cannabis and non-cannabis inventory while ensuring full compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations and internal procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.Key Responsibilities
Cannabis Inventory
  • Track and reconcile cannabis inventory in METRC
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping
  • Prepare audit documentation and support inspections

Non-Cannabis Inventory
  • Manage supplies such as packaging and cultivation materials
  • Forecast inventory needs and reorder stock
  • Maintain organized and efficient storage systems
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of inventory experience required (cannabis, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Familiarity with METRC and CCC regulations preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
  • Must be 21+ and able to pass state background checks
Working Conditions
  • Physically demanding role (lifting up to 50 lbs, extended periods of standing)
