Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to join our Supply Chain Team. The Inventory Supervisor will oversee cycle count processes, Metrc inventory review, and overall cannabis inventory accuracy.Provide routine direction and support to our Inventory Agents and Inventory Control Lead in their daily execution of SOP's and issue resolution. 

CORE JOB DUTIES 

  • Manage Inventory Control staff to meet scheduled inventory counts and audits. 
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and SOPs followed. 
  • Assist in managing state cannabis inventory system - Metrc. 
  • Maintains accurate records to record inventory changes, including transfers and cycle counts. 
  • Leads internal investigation and reconciliation of inventory variances to determine root cause of any discrepancies. 
  • Assists in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors. 
  • Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical and digital inventory, while ensuring the integrity of facility records. 
  • Confirms bulk material & finished goods are physically & systemically accurate within Metrc. 
  • Completes requests for audit information, either internally or from 3rd party auditors 
  • Supports the receipt of cannabis material when required. 
  • Aligns departmental functions with communicated key performance indicators. 
  • Other duties to support the overall operation as assigned. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  

  • Prior supervisory experience - 2-5 years. 
  • Familiarity with state regulated inventory control systems. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Microsoft Excel. 
  • Intermediate math skills. 
  • High level of organizational skill. 
  • Deadline driven and detail oriented. 
  • Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all company departments and employees. 
  • Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust. 
  • Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time. 
  • Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
