About Us

Apothecary Farms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Metrc & Operations Support Assistant to help keep our cultivation facility running efficiently. This position combines inventory compliance, administrative support, supply management, and facility organization. The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes, staying organized, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with Metrc inventory tracking, data entry, transfers, and compliance documentation.
  • Support inventory audits, counts, and recordkeeping activities.
  • Monitor supply levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing materials.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and operational records.
  • Provide administrative support to cultivation and operations leadership.
  • Help coordinate paperwork and documentation between departments.
  • Organize office spaces, storage areas, and operational workspaces.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting and record management.
  • Support regulatory compliance by maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning and working in Metrc or similar inventory management systems.
