At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Cannabis Home Delivery Driver plays a critical role in providing safe, secure, and compliant delivery of medical cannabis products to registered patients across Virginia. This position requires strict adherence to Virginia Board of Pharmacy regulations, exceptional customer service skills, and precise handling of inventory and documentation. 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Deliver medical cannabis products in compliance with all Virginia Board of Pharmacy regulations and company SOPs.
  • Carry valid delivery manifests and patient order documentation at all times.
  • Secure all cannabis products and cash in locked storage compartments during transit.
  • Verify patient or caregiver identification and active Virginia medical cannabis registration before completing delivery.
  • Provide professional, courteous service that respects patient confidentiality (HIPAA awareness).
  • Handle minor delivery issues within company guidelines and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and maintain on-time arrival for all patient orders.
  • Accurately collect payment when applicable (cashless transactions preferred where allowed).
  • Complete all required delivery logs, METRC entries, and inventory reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and compliant with state transport requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a Virginia Board of Pharmacy background check.
  • Must be a registered Delivery Agent with the Virginia medical cannabis program (company will assist with registration).
  • Prior professional driving or delivery experience preferred; cannabis industry experience a plus.
  • Strong navigation, time management, and communication skills.
  • Be able to provide proof of current and valid personal auto insurance
  • Must meet or exceed Motor Vehicle Report grading for the state of Virginia
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
