What you get to do as a Part-Time, Inventory Control Coordinator
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will provide daily data updates via a Decisions Data AS400 computer terminal to the IRIS Point of Sale Inventory Control. You will also be responsible for:
  • Inputting pick tickets, shop to shop transfers, damage reports.
  • Doing unit adjustments (changing shop counts)
  • Monitoring price changes and updating IBM GSA Cash Register System.
  • Handling shop questions on product, inventory levels and availability
  • Merchandise inventory duties
  • Miscellaneous POS register duties.
  • Doing cycle counts in park.
  • Stocking in park as needed.
  • Min/Max adjustments.
  • Assist/support front desk.
  • Maintain shop files.
  • Other duities as assigned

What it takes to succeed:
  • 1-2 yrs. Data entry exp.
  • H.S. diploma, some business courses preferred
  • Knowledge of POS System, P.C. Experience
  • Be exposed to loud noises
  • Work indoors with air conditioning
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
