You work well with others, communicate clearly, and recognize that inventory integrity is critical to a successful cannabis operation.#Retail26 Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods during scheduled shifts.Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull inventory, boxes, and cannabis products weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach overhead while organizing inventory, conducting audits, stocking products, and maintaining storage areas.Comfortable performing repetitive inventory tasks, including counting, labeling, scanning, data entry, and product verification throughout the workday.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume retail and inventory environment with frequent movement and multitasking.Must possess the manual dexterity necessary to handle cannabis products, packaging materials, scanners, computers, and inventory systems accurately and safely.Ability to use inventory management software, METRC, point-of-sale systems, handheld scanners, and other operational equipment for extended periods.Capable of maintaining a high level of focus, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing audits, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management, fulfillment teams, vendors, and staff regarding inventory discrepancies, operational needs, and compliance matters.Comfortable working in varying retail and stockroom conditions, including moderate noise levels, tight storage areas, and frequent movement between departments.Ability to maintain organization, cleanliness, and audit-ready inventory conditions at all times.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly
