Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and data-oriented METRC Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accuracy of inventory/location of plants at various stages of lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations concerning cultivation practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cultivation location ensuring thorough documentation for audits and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Make METRC tags.
  • Record location / weight
**Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a cultivation or agricultural role, with a strong emphasis on data and metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data management software.
