Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support accurate inventory control and compliance within a fast-paced Cannabis Warehouse environment. In this role, you will help maintain precise stock records, support receiving and shipping operations, and ensure inventory activities align with established procedures and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and able to work collaboratively across teams to support efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical stock to system data.
  • Receive, inspect, label, and document incoming products according to company procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, verify order accuracy, and ensure products are staged and distributed correctly.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, shortages, overages, damaged goods, and other inventory issues.
  • Support tracking, documentation, and reporting activities related to regulated inventory systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and compliance teams to resolve inventory variances and process questions.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and follow safety, security, and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse.
  • Use inventory management software (Dutchie and METRC) and warehouse systems to enter, update, and verify data accurately.
  • Assist with process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in inventory operations.
  • Perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control is a plus.
  • Experience in Cannabis warehouse, inventory, or operations support preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulated inventory tracking systems and compliance-focused workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory management software, spreadsheets, and standard business applications.
  • Ability to lift, move (50 pounds), and organize inventory items in a warehouse environment, as needed.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
