About the Opportunity

Nen Creative is looking for a part-time Creative Recruiter to help us identify, source, and screen top creative talent across video production, motion, design, and creative strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong taste, understands creative work deeply, and knows how to identify high-potential talent beyond just resumes. You’ll work closely with our leadership and production team to help scale the company by building a stronger hiring pipeline across a range of creative disciplines.

What You'll Do
  • Source and identify creative talent across production, animations, cinematography, editing, design, and other creative roles

  • Review portfolios, reels, resumes, and past work to help identify strong candidates

  • Conduct initial outreach, screenings, and introductory interviews

  • Help organize and improve our hiring process, candidate pipeline, and recruiting systems

  • Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, skill gaps, and role requirements

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication

  • Help proactively build relationships with high-quality creative talent before hiring needs become urgent

  • Assist with writing and refining job postings and recruiting materials

  • Support both freelance/contract and full-time hiring efforts

What We're Looking For
  • Strong understanding of creative industries, including video production, motion design, branding, or digital design

  • Strong creative judgment and ability to evaluate portfolios and reels

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
