Administrative·

  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follows through on issues in a timely manner
  • Prepares and edits confidential correspondence, communications, presentations, mailings, and other documents as requested
  • Files and retrieves electronic and physical documents and reference materials
  • Manages and maintains schedules, calendars, contact lists, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Records, transcribes and distributes minutes of meetings
  • Prepares and mails appropriate thank you/acknowledgement correspondence.
  • Creates and prepares PowerPoint presentations for initiatives.
  • Proofreads all documents and correspondence ensuring accuracy for content, grammar, spelling and clarity.
  • Liaison with various suppliers and others as needed

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Very strong written communication skills and the ability to edit, create and format written content.
  • Integrity, initiative, attention to detail and a proven work ethic.
  • The ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Work with sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
