• Provide telehealth therapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy tailored to clients’ needs.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health status and identify appropriate treatment goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client evaluations and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain and update confidential electronic health records, tracking client progress, treatment adjustments, and outcomes.
• Utilize tools such as video conferencing platforms and electronic record systems to facilitate effective and efficient therapy delivery.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to coordinate holistic care approaches for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain current with mental health best practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in New York State.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to engage clients in a virtual setting.

• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical or telehealth setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competence in mental health settings.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
