The Donut Fryer plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and assisting in meeting production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and fry donuts according to recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain fryer temperatures and cooking times to ensure product consistency.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area.
- Portion, shape, and decorate donuts as required.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure continuous production.
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations consistently.
- Manage inventory and control waste to optimize resource use.
- Assist in meeting production schedules efficiently.
- Operate fryers and bakery equipment safely and effectively.
