Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide friendly, professional assistance to job seekers, employer clients, and business partners through phone, email, and in-person communication while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Candidate Assistance: Guide applicants through the recruitment and hiring process by answering questions about job openings, application status, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures.

Client Communication: Support employer clients by responding to staffing inquiries, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain candidate profiles, client records, job orders, and other recruitment information within the company's database and applicant tracking system.

Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations when necessary to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.

Documentation: Maintain complete and organized records of customer interactions, recruitment activities, and administrative transactions.

Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from candidates and clients to help improve our staffing services, customer experience, and internal processes.

Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, scheduling, document preparation, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or human resources is an advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, staffing, recruitment, administrative support, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, clients, and colleagues.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify customer needs, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide practical solutions.

Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
