Summary: The Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) at Frontier Logistics are essentially Account Managers, handling either one very large account or several small accounts. Ideal candidates for this position have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive experience for their customers in every encounter. CSRs are responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, providing timely and relevant information, and resolving any issues that may arise. In order to be successful in this role, one must have the ability to successfully prioritize projects, meet strict deadlines, and maintain customer satisfaction. General Duties and Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited college or university

    • At least 1 year of professional administrative experience in an office environment

    • Strong organizational skills and system

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
