Job description

Lunds & Byerlys Highland Bridge is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Front End Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $26.43-$30.43/hr.
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pmFor this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-10:30pm.
FRONT END MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Front End Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Managing and assisting Front End operations including:
    • Scanning items
    • Entering pricing data
    • Processing payment
    • Packaging groceries
    • Resolving any checkout concerns
  • Bookkeeping and payroll processing
  • Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training front-end staff
  • Scheduling front end staff
  • Hire and train front end staff
  • Assist Operations Manager in other assigned tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Education:
    1. Required: undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience
  2. Experience:
    1. One or more years' experience in with payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of bookkeeping
    2. Prior team leadership experience
  3. Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    1. Strong knowledge of retail operations
  4. Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
