Position Summary
The Front Office Coordinator at SENTA Partners serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice by managing front office tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the clinical team. The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient information, and facilitating communication between patients and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage patient appointment scheduling, including rescheduling and cancellations.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and demographics.
  • Maintain patient records in the practice management system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
