Position Summary

The Front Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff at Montessori Scholars Academy. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment while supporting daily school operations, enrollment, communication, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Reception and Customer Service

  • Greet parents, children, visitors, and prospective families in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Provide information about school programs, admissions, and policies.

  • Ensure all visitors sign in and follow school security procedures.

  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

Admissions and Enrollment Support

  • Assist prospective families with enrollment inquiries and school tours.

  • Maintain enrollment records and student files.

  • Process applications, registration forms, and required documentation.

  • Follow up with prospective families regarding admissions and enrollment status.
