Dental Front Office Coordinator

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

1 Saturday per month

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, dental insurance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and exceptional customer service
  • Check patients out and collect payments
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
  • Submit and track insurance claims
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and insurance requests
  • Present treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure an efficient patient experience
  • Perform additional front office administrative duties as needed
