Overview

A well-established dental practice in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and drive overall performance.

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the practice, including operations, team leadership, KPI tracking, revenue cycle management, scheduling efficiency, and patient experience. The Practice Manager will work closely with ownership to ensure both operational and financial goals are met.


Key Responsibilities


Operations Management

• Oversee daily dental office operations across front and back office

• Ensure efficient patient scheduling, workflow, and production goals

• Maintain systems, policies, and operational consistency

• Manage dental software systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar)


Team Leadership & HR

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members

• Supervise front office, billing, and support staff

• Conduct performance reviews and maintain accountability

Financial & KPI Management

• Track KPIs including production, collections, case acceptance, and hygiene reappointment

• Manage accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and billing processes
