      Front Office Representative 

Salary:
$3,200 to $3,790 per month

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

     The Front Office Representative will handle a variety of front desk and administrative tasks, providing an excellent first impression and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and enjoys interacting with people. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with handling mail, deliveries, and other office logistics.
  • Maintain and organize the front office area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support internal teams with clerical tasks as needed.
