ABOUT GAMEDAY MEN'S HEALTH — CENTERVILLE
Gameday Men's Health Centerville is a men's hormone health clinic specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and ancillary men's health services. We operate in a man-cave environment - leather club chairs, flat screens, and a team that genuinely cares about helping men feel their best.
We run a tight, high-performing operation with a recurring membership model that keeps patients engaged for the long term. We are in an active growth phase, and we are building the team around people who take ownership, hold standards, and show up every day with the right attitude.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Front Desk Rockstar who wants to own the entire non-clinical patient experience - not just answer phones. This role is the first impression every patient gets and the last thing they experience before they leave. You own new patient leads, scheduling, billing, and the day-to-day administrative engine that keeps the clinic running smoothly.
This is not a quiet, sit-and-wait front desk job. You are the hub the entire clinic runs through - patients, the clinical team, vendors, and the owner all rely on you to keep things moving. If you like fast pace, own your lane without being told twice, and want a role with real growth potential as the clinic scales, this is it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PATIENT-FACING • Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out • Answer phones and respond to texts and emails same day • Schedule, confirm, and manage all appointments • Field new patient inquiries and manage the lead pipeline • Run patient retention touchpoints per the retention cadence |
ADMINISTRATIVE / BILLING • Own billing including process payments, resolve declined payments same day • Maintain accurate patient records across our scheduling and patient management systems • Manage patient intake forms and data accuracy • Support vendor coordination and day-to-day operational needs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

NOT FOR YOU IF • You want a slow, quiet front-desk job • You wait to be told what to do instead of taking initiative • You struggle with technology or written communication
THIS IS FOR YOU IF • You are confident, friendly, and professional without being stiff • You are highly organized and comfortable running multiple systems at once • You take ownership of problems instead of escalating everything • You want real growth potential as the clinic continues to grow

 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
•     Strong computer literacy - comfortable running multiple systems at once, including scheduling, patient records, and billing platforms
•     Excellent written communication - text-based patient communication is a daily, high-volume part of this role
•     Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
•     Experience with billing or payment processing preferred
•     Experience with CRM or patient communication platforms - lead management, pipeline tracking - a plus
•     No medical certification or clinical experience required
•     Discreet and professional - this is a medical environment handling sensitive health information
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Rate | $20.00 – $24.00 based on experience
Job Type | Full-Time
Location | On-Site — Centerville, OH
Training | Paid training provided for all Gameday-specific systems and processes
401(k) | Available with employer match
Discount | Employee discount on all Gameday Men's Health services
