The Full-Time Receptionist’s primary role is to provide excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering phones, and managing the front desk. The Receptionist also performs administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

 

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND STARTS AT $20-$23 PER HOUR.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Greet and direct customers.
  • Providing training scheduling for reception team members.
  • Assist new sales staff with phone and voice mail set up.
  • Provide clerical support for the sales team and its managers.
  • Filing titles, deal jackets, pulling titles for auctions, and PO Titles for books.
  • Set up Drivers for auctions, dealer trades, Service, Body Shop, and Commercial Departments
  • Fill out deal bags and PDI sheets for sales and service on new vehicles.
  • Order supplies for coffee area, staff supply closet and lunchroom

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Previous phone experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer focused/facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone and in writing.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities and adapt to their needs.
  • Must have basic computer skills and have above average typing skills.
