Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Status: Full Time (40 hours/ week. Monday -Friday) 

Pay: $19.50- $20.00/hour

Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision insurance, Paid Holidays, PTO, & 401k w/ company matching

Location: This position will be covering shifts in our North County offices: Brea, Anaheim, Orange & Tustin


Welcome to the role of Front Desk Receptionist! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, explaining insurance benefits and collecting patient payments. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills in order to successfully perform this role. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will be essential in creating a positive experience for our patients. We look forward to you joining our team and helping us provide the highest level of customer service to our patients. 


Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner 
  • Schedule patient appointments 
  • Update and maintain patient information in our EMR system 
  • Collect copays and other payments
  • Explaining insurance benefits
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area 
  • Answer patient questions and provide guidance 
  • Process patient intake forms 
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual with experience in customer service. The candidate must enjoy helping others, as this is the main purpose of our company. The candidate must also possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Two or more years of experience working in customer service
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great eye for detail 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records
