Location: Tustin, California

Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 hourly

Job Description:

We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to support day-to-day office operations, handle primary guest and phone communications, and provide essential administrative assistance to keep the broader team operating smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries and guest reception, delivering attentive service at every interaction.
  • Perform high-accuracy data entry, record maintenance, and confidential information processing.
  • Oversee physical and electronic filing operations, including document preparation, scanning, and digital organization.
  • Provide core office assistance with scheduling, mail sorting, document generation, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to ensure operational requests and incoming files are routed promptly.
