Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as initial point of contact for everyone entering facility. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering telephones and directing callers to appropriate party, and assisting with general administrative support functions of facility, admissions and as needed with Administrator/Business office functions.

Bilingual a plus given patient demographics

Requirements:

  • Entry level / pref. 3+ year of customer service experience
  • Must have knowledge of computer skills, word document, and excel document, good communication skills, multitasking skills, web browsing and bilingual a plus. including multi-line phone system, copier and mailing equipment, 10 key calculators as well as Federal Express and UPS
  • Pleasant voice and clear for telephone and strong customer service.

  • Ability to represent Company in an ethical and professional manner, and to maintain accountability
