We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Front Desk Recruiter. This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, or anyone with a sales or customer service mindset looking to gain experience in recruiting and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome candidates and create a positive first impression
  • Answer phones, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants
  • Conduct preliminary interviews
  • Conduct follow-up calls and interview confirmations
  • Assist managers with candidate communication and office support
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment
