Responsibilities


Open and/or close the PARC


Greet and welcome students/faculty/staff as they enter PARC


Answer telephone and check/follow up to voicemail


Assist in making appointments


Make appropriate referrals to other campus resources


Follow all procedures and policies set by the Parkside Academic Resource Center


Report immediately to the PARC Manager when critical issue(s) arises


Attend and participate in meetings as scheduled


Work 4 - 20 hours per week
